CFL Home Builders LLC ("CFL Home Builders," "we," "us," or "our") operates cflhomebuilders.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly. When you submit our website chat widget, contact form, or request an estimate, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Details about your project that you choose to share with us

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on our site. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your inquiry and answer questions about your project
• Schedule and confirm estimates, consultations, and site visits
• Send you updates about the status of work we are performing for you
• Keep records required for our business and for Florida contractor licensing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

Mobile information and SMS

If you check the SMS consent box on our website, you are agreeing to receive text messages from CFL Home Builders about your project inquiry, including scheduling and estimate updates.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required to contact us or to receive an estimate. If you decline SMS, we will follow up by email or phone instead.

Who we share information with

We share your information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate. Our customer relationship management platform and LC Phone (GoHighLevel’s phone service) process your information solely so we can communicate with you. They are bound by contract to use it only for that purpose. As stated above, SMS opt-in data is excluded from all sharing.
• Subcontractors and suppliers on your project, and only the details needed to do the work — for example, an address for a delivery or a scope of work for a trade partner.
• Authorities, where we are required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for the period required by Florida law and our insurance and licensing obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can:

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Email or call us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted
