These terms govern your use of cflhomebuilders.com and any messages you exchange with CFL Home Builders LLC through this website. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to them.

About us

CFL Home Builders LLC is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1269224, providing commercial, residential, and institutional construction services in Central Florida.

Using this website

The content on this site is for general information about our services. Project descriptions, photographs, and timelines are illustrative. Nothing on this website is an offer, a bid, a quote, or a contract. Work is performed only under a signed written agreement between you and CFL Home Builders LLC, and that agreement governs in the event of any conflict with this website.

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or to interfere with its operation.

Inquiries and estimates

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship. Pre-construction consultations are free and carry no obligation. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and is subject to change following a site visit, permit review, or a change in scope.

SMS messaging program terms

Program description. If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, CFL Home Builders will send you text messages about your project inquiry, including responses to your questions, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and job status updates. This is a conversational program — you can reply and we will read it.

Consent is optional. Checking the SMS box is not required to submit the form, to receive an estimate, or to hire us. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Frequency varies depending on your project and our conversation with you.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by texting START or by submitting the website form again with the consent box checked.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (407) 900-5544 or info@cflbuildco.com.

Carriers.Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos, and design of this website are the property of CFL Home Builders LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, CFL Home Builders LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or obligation contained in a signed construction contract between you and CFL Home Builders LLC, or any right you have under Florida contractor licensing law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
